Day 2 Baltimore - Another Beautiful Day

Breakfast in Jacobs....Internet link to the Volvo Ocean Race... Bright blue sky....Sunshine....and 10 knots of wind...what more could a sailor want ?

Day two in Baltimore is another beautiful day. Sme sailors gathered early in Jacobs bar for cereal, sausages & orange juice. There was a live videolink ot Damien Foxhall of the Volvo Ocean race and the sailors were able to ask him questions. Much to everyone's amazement the link up worked perfectly and there were glances or relief and siles all round !

After rigging sailors were divided into groups based on the 3 races sailed yesterday and launching happened seamlessly thanks to the dedicated slip team.

The plan for today is for the sailors to train in their groups with more racing tomorrow.
