2018 Vice President’s Trophy
The Optimist Team Racing Championship – The Vice President Trophy was a superb success last year with over 50 races sailed in Summer type conditions for the clubs participating (MYC, TBSC, RStGYC, NYC, RCYC, HYC) and nail biting matches right up to the finals.
On Friday June 15th, Howth Yacht Club will once more host the awaited team racing event on the day prior to the Optimist Leinsters. Clubs will battle for the Trophy. It will be fun and competitive, definitely a must do event where communication, cooperation and use of the rules are key for success.
Please pay particular attention to NOR 4.3 and 4.5 and send your application before Monday the 28th of May.
