Development Squad 2022 – 2023

IODAI Development Squad 2022 is an
opportunity to be a part of the progressive training team supporting Optimist Sailors progressing into and in Main Fleet.

The Development Squad are selected prior to the NTW and the team bonding as a group at NTW is an important part of the team structure. (attendance at NTW is required for a place acceptance )

Previous participants included: Conor Cronin (2020), Senior national champion 2022, Emily Donagh (2021), Junior national champion 2022, and many other sailors enjoying their sport and competing at high standards, at home and abroad.
