It was a fitting celebration to the end to the season with over 170 of us in Lough Ree last weekend. It was especially heartening to see the substantial growth of the Regatta Fleets and the start of some of you progressing in to the Main Fleet too.
It was also good to hear from the Race Officers and Jury that our comments in relation to sportsmanship were heard loud and clear. The finish boat has never experienced such good vibes!
There is plenty to look forward to in the coming months.
The Cobbler League in RCYC gets underway next weekend.
The overall rankings for 2023 have been published here, which means we know the u12 Team that will travel to the British National Championships next year in Wales. The full team are listed here.
Huge congratulations to all the sailors for many of whom it will be the first time they get to represent their Clubs and Country in international competition.
