Policy on IODAI Events Entry Fees
When entering IODAI events please note the following are the policies in relation to entry fees (including Baltimore).
- Events can only be entered by paid up members of IODAI (or the equivalent national association)
- The entry must be made and the fee paid through the Paypal facility on the IODAI website.
- Refunds can only be given for medical reasons and must be supported by a medical certificate.
- Refunds will be given where the refund request is received within 24 hours of the entry being made on the website and as long as it is more than 5 days before the initial closing date for the event.
