Regatta Fleet Coach
IODAI wish to recruit a Deputy Head Instructor/ Coach for the Regatta Fleet for the 2018 season. The appointed candidate will be responsible for running the Regatta Fleet in conjunction with the IODAI Regatta fleet co-ordinator, at the following events:
- Leinster’s
- Ulsters
- Munsters
- Connaughts
- Crosbi Cup
- National Championships

The ideal candidate will be available for all events, will have good experience directing less experienced instructors and will have a specific plan to work with a skills based approach over the season. Candidates are advised to consult the Regatta Fleet 2016 guidelines recently published on the IODAI website.
