Teams and Squads 2010
There was jubilation and disappointments at the exciting end of the Optimist Trials.
The results were in and the teams decided for another year. A lucky few will get to wear the coveted green life jacket and represent their country. The successfully sailors are listed below. We would like to congratulate all the sailors (no matter what your results) on being invited to and sailing in the Trials. The Standard of Optimist Sailing witnessed at the Trials was exceptionally high and all the sailors are to be commended for their achievements.
Congratulations to Peter Mc Cann overall winner of the Trials 2010. Peter won the Trials on a phenominal 18 points.
To those sailors for whom the Trials was their last Optimist Event we wish them best wishes and HAPPY SAILING.
