Winner of Trials 2015
Kinsale Yacht Club sailor Michéal O’Sullivan is the winner of the 2015 IODAI trials held recently in RCYC. There were 13 races held over 4 days and 2 discards allowed. Each day saw a new name at the top of the leader board but consistency in a variety of conditions saw this great sailor win 3 of the individual races and beat his nearest rival Harry Bell by 1 point to take the title. This sailor was on the IDT team last year and is the youngest sailor on this years Ireland team. Michéal will travel to Poland late August to take part in the 2015 World Championships.
