All Ireland Junior Championships 2022
IODAI Optimist Class have been offered 3 nominations, plus a wild card, to be put forward for the event, with thanks to Irish Sailing. Places will be offered, from our nominations, at the discretion of Irish Sailing.

As per previous years;
Nominations will be based on a top down ranking of;
Senior Main Fleet sailors , subject to sailors’ availability to attend, of Final National Results 2022. Click here
Maximum of 2 sailors of a single gender.
Irish Sailing have included for the potential of a wild card nomination to be submitted by the president for consideration, at their discretion. in keeping with the event, this year IODAI will be proposing the next available female helm.
The Optimist Dinghy Sailing Association of Ireland Ltd reserve the right to change the selection process and eligibility rules, however once the first nationals race is completed, this can only be done by a SPRC. ‘Selection & Placing Review Committee (“SPRC”).
