Bring your Coaching Skills to West Cork for a Week!

The International Optimist Dinghy Association of Ireland (IODAI) are now recruiting National and International coaches for Baltimore 2017
.

We are looking for highly motivated, top quality sailing instructors to coach our very enthusiastic sailors for a week in February.

Positions are limited and will be allocated on previous coaching experience and ISA or equivalent qualifications. Must be available from Sunday 19^th February to Friday 24th February 2017.

IODAI needs a variety of coaches of all levels with excellent communications skills to meet the needs of beginners right up to international sailors.   Terms and conditions apply.
