Under 12 Squad 2022/2023
This year our U12 team will head to the South of England to the Weymouth Portland Sailing Academy. Many of them met their coach, Frances Corkery at the National Training Week in Lough Derg.
We hope that they will all meet up again in Lough Ree on the 13th & 14th May 2023
This team is selected based on the end of year ranking and is made up of sailors who are Optimist age 12 or younger in the year they travel with the Team.
There is no requirement for the sailors to attend Trials. The u12 Team is a parent led Team which supported by IODAI. We will shortly be looking for expressions of interest from a parent to help lead the team.
